Issue Details#319 Option to log leaves decay as player who caused it

The option to log leaves decay as the player who caused it, perhaps in a:fade.

This would be useful because when you do a rollback, you get a bunch of tree stumps everywhere because the leaves decayed away. I know you can rollback leaves decay separately, but this would just be an easy win.

And if no player caused it, log it like normal.

Here is a screenshot of what I mean, and I can't rollback leaves decay in the area because there are a lot of trees users grew, and cut down. So there would be random floating leaves everywhere too.

There is already an event for lookup/rollback that: block-fade

Yes, but I mean to log it as the player who caused it, say griefer1 takes down a tree, leaves decay handles those leaves, well I would like to see it that the leaves decay he caused is logged as if he destroyed them, that way later on if he is banned / rolledback we do not have a bunch of tree stubs all over, it will bring back the leaves for the trees HE broke, if I do a full leaves decay rollback, there will be leaves without the tree, so it would be a bigger mess.
