My friend and I tested the functionality of Prism with a ton of different griefing scenarios. One scenario that was difficult to handle was the situation that a redstone clock was hooked up to (a) dispenser(s) full of TNT. Prism was able to roll back everything flawlessly, however, that also meant the dispensers of TNT and the redstone clock were also rolled back, therefore causing the TNT to redispense and cause a griefing "loop" so to speak. I would imagine the best way to combat a situation like this would be to allow the exclusion of specific item IDs. In the scenario provided, the ID 23 would have been excluded to prevent dispensers from rolling back.
