The r lookup parameter should support the ! exclude option like the action, player, or entity lookup parameters do, such that it excludes the specified area.

Most often on the server I moderate the players will break into other players bases to steal materials to build there own base. Having the ability to exclude the area where they have set up their home base would make it easier to find these incidents without going through pages of normal activity.
