The Information We Collect
The information we collect is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, as well as information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations). The information we collect is used to improve the content of our websites and applications and the quality of our service, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you’ve requested, When you register for Snowy Evening we ask (depending on account) for information which includes your name, email address, billing address, and credit card information. Botsko.net, LLC may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service. Cookies are required to use the Snowy Evening service. You are required to log-in to your Snowy Evening account after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect you against others accidentally accessing your account. If we're required to access your account we will be unable to login with your credentials, but we will be able to see the contents of your account in our database. We make regular backups of the databases and store them externally to our primary servers. These backups are stored in a private server and may not be accessed by any third parties.
All credit card transactions are processed using secure encryption. Card information is transmitted, stored, and processed securely on a third-party PCI-Compliant network. Our software infrastructure and server hardware/software is updated regularly with the latest security patches. We've built our products with security in mind and have done our best to prevent against all of the modern types of attacks. While perfect security is a moving target, we work to keep up with the state-of-the-art in web security.

The privacy practices of Rackspace, ChunkHost, Stripe, and Amazon, the companies that handle various portions of our hosting, can be found on their websites. We are not covered by their privacy statement, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices or the content of their web site.
Opt-out and Discontinue
You may elect to avoid future communications from us by visiting our URL to immediately unsubscribe by logging in to your account and un-checking the account email preferences box. Under urgent circumstances, we may be required to send you information about our service or your account, but we will not send you unsolicited communications regarding commercial offers or advertisements if you have opted out or discontinued the service.
Botsko.net, LLC may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, or by placing a notice on our web site.
