The Information We Collect

Cookies are required to use the Snowy Evening service. If we're required to access your account we will be unable to login with your credentials, but we will be able to see the contents of your account in our database. We make regular backups of the databases and store them externally to our primary servers. These backups are stored in a private server and may not be accessed by any third parties.

Our software infrastructure and server hardware/software is updated regularly with the latest security patches. Botsko.net, LLC owns the data storage, databases and all rights to the Snowy Evening application. However, we make no claim to the rights of your data.

The privacy practices of Rackspace, ChunkHost, Stripe, and Amazon, the companies that handle various portions of our hosting, can be found on their websites. We are not covered by their privacy statement, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices or the content of their web site.
Opt-out and Discontinue
You may elect to avoid future communications from us by visiting our URL to immediately unsubscribe by logging in to your account and un-checking the account email preferences box. Under urgent circumstances, we may be required to send you information about our service or your account, but we will not send you unsolicited communications regarding commercial offers or advertisements if you have opted out or discontinued the service.
